W-2 employee

Lead techs, dispatch, customer success. Full benefits, set schedule, brand uniform. Small core per metro.

1099 contractor

Independent technicians who take jobs from dispatch on their own schedule, with their own gear, COI, and tax setup. Per-job pay.

B2B partner

Existing service companies that white-label for us in their market. You handle your own crew + insurance; we send the work and pay the invoice.

Applying from CA / MA / NJ / NY? These states apply the ABC test for worker classification, which is stricter than the federal IRS test. Individual 1099 contractor structures here need counsel review per role — most applicants in these states will be onboarded as a B2B partner business or, where eligible, as a W-2 employee.
