Remote Network Diagnostic
90-minute remote diagnostic. We connect to your router via secure tunnel, run our analyzer suite, and write up the findings. If we conclude on-site work is needed, we credit this fee toward the on-site visit.
After-Hours Remote Support
Same as Remote Quick Help, but evening / weekend coverage. Use when your camera goes offline at 9pm and you don't want to wait until Monday.
